Welcome to Madrid
In what was the flamenco house founded by the great Lola Flores and Pescaílla, has been a perfect restaurant for a late dinner since 1993. Located in the Habsburg district, in the heart of Madrid, next to the Senate, it offers a menu of French and Italian dishes immersed in art nouveau decoration.
Run by the owner of L'Obrador, Daniel Bouté, and his wife, Françoise, this particular cave in Madrid solely serves dinners which may go on until the early hours, from Monday to Sunday.
The menu is made up of dishes from French and Italian cuisine, among which its selection of mi-cuit and cold or fresh sautéed foies stand out, along with the rock mussels, which is a typical starter to share. The culinary offer is rounded off with a wide variety of wines.
