Information
Located in a modern house, the Suárez brothers have been running this restaurant for 13 years. It offers a large, luminous space decorated with a colonial touch and large plants that serves seasonal cuisine. Simple, understandable dishes with a personal touch: green asparagus with red shrimp and poached egg, grilled monkfish with cuttlefish tagliatelle and garlic emulsion or banana fritter with mojito sorbet are some of the proposals created by Chef Eduardo Nabales. In autumn-winter they serve game and mushrooms.
