Welcome to Madrid

Located in the area known as “El Madrid de los Austrias”, by the Teatro Real Opera House, this original restaurant is decorated in the style of the old European cafés. Its menu offers a wide selection of tapas, larger dishes and salads throughout the day thanks to its uninterrupted kitchen service. 

The venue includes a dining room for groups and a terrace with a view of the Royal Palace. The ground floor features the El Aljibe dining room, one of the halls that belonged to the old monastery built by Felipe III in 1613 where public and private events can be held. The interior features vaulted ceilings and walls with exposed brickwork and the glass floor shows you the archaeological remains of old Madrid.

Apart from pinchos and snacks, La Botilleria has a set lunch menu and special weekend set menus, breakfasts and a spectacular brunch on weekends.
