The Espacio Ibercaja Delicias is hosting the performance of an affectionate, ironic and intelligent vision of the stereotypes of female classical ballet from 3 to 21 May, on Wednesdays to Sundays. It is a hit production that is back in Europe to form part of the International Performing Arts Festival programme.

This is a unique opportunity to enjoy the iconic American company made up entirely of men who combine impeccable technique with irresistible comedy.  The tutus, pointed shoes, grace of the classic ballerina and typical accidents, as well as the hysteria of slapstick techniques are the key elements.

Les Ballets Trockadero, better known as the Trocks, was founded in an off-off Broadway space in 1974 by first rate dance artists who have fun performing traditional ballets in drag. The American dance company has specialised in the Russian style classical and original repertoire, which they perform by exaggerating all of its peculiarities, as well as gags like falling over.  They seek to entertain the audience by combining elements such as transvestism, classical dance, theatre and humour.
