Welcome to Madrid

Viavélez is a village in Asturias where Chef Paco Ron established the restaurant that earned him a Michelin star. He's now brought his art to Madrid and opened this eatery which offers a sophisticated tapas bar on the ground floor and a small minimalist dining area in the basement. The menu is based on seasonal products from Asturias, traditional flavours prepared using contemporary techniques.

We recommend the exquisite fabada (white bean stew), the delicious patatas a la importancia (a rich potato dish), the unforgettable rice pudding... Not to mention the lobster with onion, tomato and peppers, the stuffed onions, the maw salad with pasta or the Vizcaína stew (onion, tomato and pepper). Order the taster menu that comes with a bit of everything.
