Founded in 1982, this restaurant in Habsburg Madrid, alongside the Senate and close to Plaza de España, offers traditional Spanish cuisine paying special attention to beef.

Its originality lies precisely in the way they serve this meat, cut into raw steaks so that each diner can prepare it on a hot stone skillet just they way they like it. The menu also includes excellent market cuisine dishes and a special gluten free section. It has a sampling menu and a menu for groups.

The establishment is divided into two lounges with capacity for 80 diners, decorated in a simple but warm and classical style. It has the possibility of making one of the lounges private and also offers an hour’s free parking at the Opera car park.
