Located in the popular Calle de Cuchilleros, close to the Plaza Mayor,  Taberna La Daniela is the perfect place to finish a route through Habsburg Madrid. Its speciality, Madrid-style chickpea stew, is one of the most famous dishes of Madrid.  And if time is of the essence, you can savour some tapas and try one of its individual omelettes (potato omelette, vegetable omelette), croquettes, cold meats, cod liver toasted bread or pasties.

Through its décor, La Daniela is a true reflection of what is a traditional tavern, serving home-made and quality food.

Since opening its first establishment in 1992, La Daniela has consolidated and expanded as a reference for fine Madrid cuisine in the heart of the centre.

The group has another three establishments: Daniela Goya, in Calle General Pardiñas, 21, in the Salamanca District; Daniela Medinaceli, in Plaza de Jesús, 7, in the Literary Quarter; and Daniela Bernabeu, in Calle Gutierrez Solana, 2, next to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
