Welcome to Madrid

Located in the Triball district, a fashionable district in Madrid, this place has been opened by the restaurateur Alberto Gozalo and his team.

It is a very comfortable place, with highly personalised service, and its aim is to provide lifelong traditional flavours mixed with the most innovative cuisine. Agrado serves all day, from toast in the morning, to tapas at midday, a mid-afternoon or after-work snack, “drunch” for the more modern of us, or a sophisticated supper. The menu focuses on meat as its prime material and we can find dishes such as liver meatballs, secreto (especially rich cut of pork) carpaccio, knife-sliced ox hamburgers, lamb chops with villeroy sauce, amongst other delights. But non-carnivores may enjoy other delicacies, such as duck eggs – always in season – or sophisticated Spanish sturgeon caviar; or have some great tapas of mini-toasts. It is, without a doubt, a place to enjoy and recommend.
