Welcome to Madrid
No surprises here. What you see is what you get: traditional Galician cuisine in a comfortable, luxurious environment. The establishment is enormous, so getting a table here won't be a problem. The menu is the same as in the homonymous venue in La Coruña. It boasts two star dishes that have given it a name: Spanish potato omelette (tortilla) and roast veal. Anyone who thinks that tortillas are simple or that they are all the same has to check out this restaurant and discover what tortilla tastes like in haute cuisine. As regards the veal, the dish brings back memories: we thought meat couldn’t taste this good any more. There are other specialities, such as tripe, which they excel at, and Galician filloas (crepes). Excellent wine list, friendly waiters and delicious desserts complete the offer for this fabulous Galician restaurant.
