Ever since 2003, this restaurant located at the Arturo Soria area has been serving Mediterranean food made with top quality ingredients fusing the traditional cuisine with more modern touches.

Minotauro has two different concepts in two different areas: the Restaurant where you can order rice dishes, sea food, excellent fish and meat from different corners of the world; and the Tavern that serves more informal food with tapas, home-style snacks, tostas (Spanish bruschetta) and hamburgers, and wide range of beers and wines. It is all situated in a cozy and comfortable interior dining room and an outside air-conditioned garden terrace that is open year round.

Apart from a la carte, they offer different set menus: for groups, events and celebrations. They also serve a wide range of long drinks and cocktails.
