Numbering now three restaurants in Madrid, Oishii sees itself as a new concept in Japanese food, offering top quality sushi and ramen dishes on a moving belt that passes each table for the diners to choose from. With over sixty varieties to choose from, nobody's going to go hungry. All dishes are based on high quality ingredients.
