Welcome to Madrid

Located in Chamberrí, it is a multi-space created in 1993, devoted entirely to the alternative and natural life, looking after people and the planet, whereby it is a pioneering establishment of these characteristics in Spain.  There is a Bio-Buffet restaurant, a natural multi-store with ecological food, a health food shop, cosmetics and bazaar and a bookshop, as well as rooms to hold conferences and workshops, courses and all types of activities related to wellbeing. 

Its Bio-Bufé Restaurant and Ecocentro Terrace are characterised by their speed and extensive range of salads and fruit by weight, although dishes can also be ordered from the menu.  In the week, a bio-vegetarian menu at a reasonable price is served.  All of this is rounded off with delicious cakes and healthy bio infusions, breakfasts and afternoon teas.  The Gourmet Restaurant, located on the lower floor of the restaurant, is a relaxed and exclusive space where dishes from its menu are served.

Dishes to take away can be purchased in the fresh produce shop.
