Welcome to Madrid

Upon entering this place we feel just like actor Fernando Rey in the film by Luis Buñuel responsible for the name of this restaurant: captivated by the charms of what lies before our eyes. Imaginative combinations, varied textures... Abraham García was one of the first people to embrace fusion cuisine, when this concept was still brewing.

The owner and chef's sense of humour can be found all over the restaurant, from the menu, to the decoration or the service. The menu is usually changed three times a month. Its wine list is one of the most extensive in Madrid, and includes every imaginable denominations of origin. Even the oil they use is special, since it is an extra virgin olive oil created by Abraham García himself.
