Welcome to Madrid

The flavors of Cadiz, in particularly Sanlucar de Barrameda, are brought to you in this cozy Salamanca neighborhood restaurant. The menu, created by the chef José Calleja, presents a current view on the traditional southern Spanish dishes.

The restaurant features a bar meant for tapas and a dining rooms meant for their set tasting menus.

The menu includes the typical tortillitas de camarones (prawn fritters), Iberian pork shoulder shish kebobs, tuna jerky pate with almonds and other more exotic dishes like swordfish tataki with chimichurri marinade. They also offer a wide selection of wines.
