Welcome to Madrid

The famous progressive house and electro house band, Swedish House Mafia, is returning to the stage after they broke up in 2013, with a brand-new album, Paradise Again, and a European tour that will bring the band to the IFEMA MADRID exhibition centre on 14 December 2022.

Swedish House Mafia, a group made up of Djs Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello, first got together in 2009 in Stockholm, Sweden. They began collaborating on songs like Get Dumb and Leave the World Behind, but it was not until 2010 that they released Until One, an album that revolutionised electronic music, earning them a gold disc in the UK and a platinum disc in Sweden.

In 2012, they repeated the experience with Until Now, which went gold in Australia and platinum in the UK and Sweden. In addition, they were nominated at the Grammy Awards for best dance recording in 2012 for Save the World and in 2013 for Don't you worry child. After that, however, they decided to go their separate ways and pursue their solo careers.

In 2018, they got back together to play at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, United States, working together again five years later. That performance was followed by others until, in 2021, the trio announced they were getting back together, releasing the single It Gets Better. Their come-back has been appreciated by fans and the music press, earning them nominations at 2021 MTV EMA Awards for Best Electronic Act and Best Nordic Act.
