The establishment is classically decorated, with numerous paintings, awards and photographs of famous figures who have dined there. Not in vain, given its proximity to Congress, it is common to see politicians there, as well as other figures from the world of culture.  

Its emblematic dishes include Manda Huevos, devoted to Mr. Federico Trillo, home-made goose foie with Pedro Ximenez and Corinthian grapes, Toledana-style red partridge or shoulder of lamb with finely sliced potatoes. It is also worth highlighting its stews,  the Madrilenian stew, fish dishes from the Cantabrian Sea and meat from Galicia.
