Welcome to Madrid

This is the new Lounge Restaurant in Hotel Meliá Madrid Princesa, with a modern and avant-garde image (minimalist design and plain and soft colours). Their cooking advisor is Dani García, awarded with a Michelin star. This restaurant offers Mediterranean cooking with a unique culinary style.

 The restaurant includes three concepts in one space. In the Cocktail Bar you will find a list with original and delicious cocktails. The Snack Bar is focused on customers who want to have something light to eat, a quick and informal lunch or dinner, for example. One of the peculiarities on the menu is that customers can combine ingredients in order to create their own salad, tartar steak or pasta dish.

 There is an innovative area for show-cooking where cold dishes are prepared tableside. À la carte Restaurant is specialised on Mediterranean author’s cuisine. It includes dishes such as oxtail wrapped in ravioli with cauliflower and truffle, foie and goat cheese millefeuille with caramelized green apple and excellent homemade stews. Soon, this new concept will be applied to other Meliá restaurants. Closed in August.
