Welcome to Madrid
After the huge success of the Sexorcism Tour in Spain, where they proved to be a solid band with much more career than just one TV hit, Lordi returns to Spain to present their new work KILLECTION. Tracks belonging to their long career, in addition to the new ones that make up this tenth album, will be played next February 29th at Shoko Live.
Founded in 1992, the Finnish group's first album was released in 1997 under the name Bend Over And Pray The Lord. This was followed by the albums Get Heavy (2002), The Monsterican Dream (2004), The Arokalypse (2006), Deadache (2008), Babes For Breakfast (2010), To Beast or Not To Beast (2013), Scare Force One (2014), Monstereophonic (2016) and Sexorcism (2018), great successes within the heavy metal.
However, what really launched them to fame was their song Hard Rock Hallelujah, with which they won the Eurovision festival in 2006, being the first hard rock artist to win this award and the first festival that Finland won as a country.
Now, Lordi will perform in Madrid in his usual surprising outfit to thrill audiences with his new songs and his best heavy metal hits.
