Centro Deportivo M 86
Information
The Centro Deportivo M 86 (previously the Centro de Natación Mundial 86) was built to host the Swimming World Championships held in 1986. This swimming pool complex is suited to different swimming disciplines and is ideal for numerous sporting events at a local, national and international level.
The complex houses two Olympic pools, one indoor and one outdoor, a dive pool covered by a designer dome, as well as other complementary pools and annex facilities. In 2004 it also hosted the European Swimming Championships.
In terms of fitness activities, the centre has several gyms and multipurpose sports halls for pilates, aerobics, toning, spinning, military training, zumba, personal training, physical conditioning and express 30 minute training sessions led by professionals from Centro Deportivo M86.
