Welcome to Madrid

The first ayurveda centre in Madrid was opened in 1999. This holistic and preventive health system developed in India more than 6000 years ago, Harit (whose name comes from Harita, one of the 40 aspects of Veda, which corresponds to the nutrient quality of nature) offers the Vedic system of maharishi health, the most complete natural health and beauty care.

The centre offers ayurveda and Vedic astrology, massages and treatments, yoga classes as well as various training courses in nutrition, meditation or cooking, among many others.
