Located inside the Hotel Princesa Plaza in Argüelles, these 1,700 m2 gym facilities boast state-of-the-art equipment, including an indoor swimming pool, where a wide range of keep-fit activities can be carried out.

Holiday Gym Princesa offers 150 classes a week consisting of different group activities led by qualified monitors. Options include personal defence, aqua-fitness, GAP, indoor cycling, body-intensive, pilates, aquabox, abd, among others. The centre is divided into four areas: swimming pool, indoor cycling, fit-walking and group activities. 

It also has a sauna and the option to train as a monitor at the Holiday Gym Academy.
