Welcome to Madrid

This is a men’s university residence hall run by the organization Provincia Agustiniana Matritense (Order of Saint Augustine), attached to Universidad Complutense de Madrid and located in the University district.

All the rooms are single, provided with telephone and Internet access, breakfast, lunch and dinner included (even weekends and holidays), bed linen, weekly laundry service, room cleaning, medical service, religious service and additional cultural activities.

Some of the facilities offered are café, library, chapel, newspaper room, reading room, music room, video room, TV room, computer room, assembly hall, multipurpose room, two study rooms with air conditioning, photography lab, copying, hairdresser and private parking area. They also have sports facilities like sports court (for football, basketball, tennis, etc.) and swimming pool.

From the total number of places, there are several reserved for post-graduate students (masters, doctorates) and students preparing competitive examinations. It remains closed at Christmas, Easter and in August. During July and August, the premises are available for national and international university students and groups for external activities.
