Welcome to Madrid
The residence hall Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe was built by the architect Luis Feduchi in 1953. It has four floors for university students, professors and researchers invited by Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
Located in the University district, it also provides accommodation to fellow researchers from over 60 different nationalities involved in masters, doctorates and other studies, in universities, foundations, enterprises, etc. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included from Monday to Saturday. Open all year round, Christmas and Easter included.
They also have classrooms and assembly halls to rent for external activities. This is a place of Spanish-American character, open to cultural, educational and scientific cooperation between Spain and the rest of the world. Throughout its history, this residence has been and still is a meeting point for Latin-American intellectuals and artists and important culture and politics people from those countries.
