    Luis and Manuel are part of the fourth generation of owners of this traditional authentic 'taberna' in the district of Chamberí, which opened its door once again as a ‘vermutería’ or vermouth bar. They serve up to 20 different types of vermouth, accompanied by classic tapas such as fresh anchovies in vinegar or smoked anchovies.
