El Secreto de Velázquez
Information
This intimate space with ambient music and a bar that serves drinks and cocktails is located on the ground floor of La Clave restaurant, and has preserved the exposed brick arches of the former 20th century coal yard.
In addition to the brick walls, the space is decorated with original wire lamps and high and low tables. It’s the perfect spot for some post-meal table talk or to unwind after work, as well as for private and company events. Various activities are organised monthly, such as wine tastings and pairings, cooking shows by prestigious chefs, recipe demonstrations, brand presentations, discussions and other culinary gatherings.
The menu boasts over 50 drink options, including 23 premium gins, as well as a wide variety of starters for those who fancy some tapas. It also features the historic pairing of oysters, caviar and French champagne, with Spéciales Fines de Claire no. 2 French oysters supplied by Live Fish and Siberian sturgeon caviar supplied by Caviar Per Sé.
