This café-theatre in the neighbourhood of Prosperidad has become a hotspot for fans of classical music, opera and zarzuela. Founded by the prestigious soprano María Rodríguez, this venue offers live performances of operas, zarzuela operettas, coplas, and classical Spanish dance, to be enjoyed over dinner or drinks. It also has a spacious terrace.

With a decoration similar to that of Parisian theatres in the 1920s, the venue boasts the artists of María Rodríguez's company: dancer Luis Ortega, tenor Albert Montserrat, bass-baritone Jesús Lumbreras, baritone Carlos London, soprano Andreína Williams Araujo, baritone Antonio Alonso, director Sergio Kuhlmann and actress and singer Aurora Frías, who are in charge of livening up the dinner show on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 pm.
