La Taberna de Mister Pinkleton is located on calle Arco de Cuchilleros, next to the famous Plaza Mayor in the centre of Madrid. The restaurant is an emblematic business in Madrid, totally renovated, which maintains the spirit of nights of long ago. Its philosophy is that it's important to give tourists the best impression of Spain, its wines, its food and its people.

The venue hosts a flamenco show every night. The restaurant offers high quality gastronomy with a selection of wines, champagnes and spirits with more than 600 types, being one of the specialities of the company as a distributor of wines and gourmet products. The restaurant serves as a meeting point that serves many Spaniards together with visitors who want to enjoy the Spanish traditions with quality.

The show in La Taberna de Mister Pinkleton is fun and different, in which customers can take part. It is dynamic and genuine flamenco making the viewer feel transported to a corner of Andalusia, while in the very heart of Madrid. It is not a static performance: the most important thing is that viewers enjoy it well and interact. You can enjoy from the purest flamenco to the best-known rumbas. It includes dances such as Fandangos from Huelva, Alegrías from Cádiz and Soleá, Tangos from Triana, a tour of the Guajiras, or colombianas. The Flamenco is composed of professional artists with extensive experience, including guitar, cajon, singing and dancing.
