Kapital

    Information

Located in an old theatre, this legendary Madrid venue, the largest in the city, offers a wide variety of sessions, shows and events that have earned it a place in The World's 100 best clubs, the list of the best clubs and venues in the world, for 2019. Personalities from the world of culture, sport and politics, both national and international, have passed through it.

Kapital is divided into seven floors: the first five floors focus on night-life and disco sessions, and the sixth and seventh floors are home to its Quintoelemento restaurant, a new concept of catering and entertainment with impressive decor that has nothing to do with night-life.

The discotheque has a capacity for nearly 2,000 people.

    RESTAURANTE QUINTOELEMENTO

The latest culinary bid by the Kapital Group is divided into two spaces: one devoted to more private events on the sixth floor, and another, on the rooftop, where there is a 800 square metre sky restaurant with capacity for 150 diners, whose kitchen is open all day, offering an interesting gastronomic proposal whilst watching a unique audiovisual show.

The restaurant’s ceiling is a large retractable dome consisting of 242 square metres of led screens, in which the contents of 4K ultra definition video-art are screened, and which can also be opened weather permitting, enabling diners to eat and dine under Madrid’s sky.

Its gastronomic proposal is casual but uses the finest ingredients.  The chef, Juan Suárez de Lezo, who trained in the kitchens of Arzak, El Bulli, Mugaritz or Eleven Madison, is responsible for gastronomic guidance, creating a menu in which Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean flavours are combined.
