En Bruto

    Information

This innovative culinary space in Saleseas, part of the Lamucca Group, offers a coffee shop, bakery, culinary school and kombucha tea room in a single space, in which the common denominator is healthy food through ecological and healthy products.

Located where El Huerto de Lucas once stood, En Bruto is divided into four spaces:

    1. En Bruto Foodmakers, where cooking classes, gastronomic experiences and show cookings are held.

    2. PAM!, bakery and cake shop where hand-made bread, cakes, pastries and pies are prepared daily, using the best ecological flours and sourdough.

    3. Fermakers, a fermentation lab and kombucha tea room, where innovative fermented food and drink are designed using traditional methods. Brutt®, the best home-made kombucha in Madrid, is also prepared here.

    4. A selection of the best coffees of the world that have been grown in a sustainable way and harvested with a perfect colour and ripening, with different roastings and origins can be sampled at Bruto Café.

En Bruto also has a team of professionals (chefs specialised in international cuisine, managers of events, photography and video, social media, marketing, designers, decorators, animators, etc.) with extensive experience in the creation and organisation of all types of corporate and private events, for which it has a multi-purpose hall for corporate and private celebrations, team building, film shoots, press conferences, presentations and parties.
