Thompson Madrid

New
    Information

Thompson Madrid, owned by the Hyatt hotel chain, is a luxury 5-star hotel located in Plaza del Carmen, just a stone’s throw from Puerta del Sol and Plaza de Canalejas. This area is considered the very heart of Madrid’s new Golden Mile.

With imposing mid-century architecture, it has 175 comfortable modern rooms and suites, including a two-storey Penthouse Suite. The rooms have wooden floors and a home-from-home feel, combined with warm furniture, accessories, and finishes in the traditional Madrid style, which include leather and marble details as well as sculptural accessories, with elegant surfaces that play with reflections, and ultramodern technical features.

The hotel offers premium quality services and stunning spaces, including a roof top terrace and swimming pool.

In terms of gastronomy, it has three unique places where you can eat and drink, managed by Madrid’s famous restaurateur, Nino Redruello. The bar-restaurant TAMA located on the roof terrace, serves traditional Spanish food with spectacular panoramic views, and its piano-bar, Hijos de Tomás, is the ideal place to quaff a glass of cava. Finally, The Omar is a bistro-bakery open all day, which will serve you something fresh and memorable. Of course, the hotel also offers room service, for a relaxing night in your room.

The hotel has more than 600 m2 of indoor and outdoor spaces for events.
