The former Hotel Tirol, erected in 1954, is now a modern space owned by the hotel chain T3, dedicated exclusively to three-stars hotels. They renovated the building, committed to preserving the warm and cosy atmosphere of its predecessor, but with contemporary touches that remove this hotel from the cold and aseptic establishment in its class.

T3 Tirol stands in a prime location, between Moncloa and Plaza de España, just metres away from the cable car that connects the city centre with Casa de Campo. This is the stately Argüelles neighbourhood, which nonetheless has a young atmosphere thanks to the students who choose this area due to its closeness to Ciudad Universitaria. Opposite the hotel there is a large shopping centre and calle Princesa, filled with boutiques and movie theatres.

The hotel offers great quality for the price, featuring all sorts of services for individuals and business travellers, such as rooms that include voice and data connections, aside from regular services. Its Business Centre provides broadband Internet connection, high-resolution scanner, colour printer and computers, amongst others. They also have a social room for family events and another two rooms in different sizes for conventions. A parking garage and a coffee shop/dining room complete the comforts to which the T3 chain is committed.
