    Colegio Mayor César Carlos is a self-managed postgraduate institution, so you need to have a degree or some equivalent in order to be admitted. It is situated in the University District, and well connected to the rest of Madrid and surrounding areas.

    The fact that it is a self-managed institution means that all residents know and assume the needed functions of organization, control and maintenance. Staff is made up of resident students and the quorum of election of applicants for rector committee.
